What this skill does
Searches for a person by name and company domain using linkedin_slug_search. Returns the matching LinkedIn profile for you to confirm — then hands off to Enrich Contact to retrieve email and phone.
Use this when you want to find someone's LinkedIn profile. If you already have the URL, skip straight to Enrich Contact.
Inputs
- Name — full name (or first + last separately)
- Company domain — e.g.
acme.com (inferred for well-known companies)
When it activates
- "find me [Name]"
- "look up [Name] at [Company]"
- "can you find [Name]"
- "search for someone named [Name]"
Note: there is no job title search parameter — a name is always required.
How it works
- Resolves company name to domain
- Runs a free count check before committing to a full search
- Returns the match (or a numbered list if multiple results) for confirmation
- On confirmation, hands off to Enrich Contact
Output — single match
Jane Smith | Head of Marketing | Acme Corp
https://www.linkedin.com/in/janesmith
Is this the right person? I can pull their contact info if so.
Output — multiple matches
Numbered list of Name | Title | Company | LinkedIn URL — you pick one.
Tips
- The count check is free — no credits until you confirm the result
- If the first search returns nothing, the skill retries with looser parameters before giving up
- Only a first name with no domain → count check first; if results are high, asks for more detail
